About Aadya Academy

We are Aadya Academy in Bengaluru, with the Kannur and Budigere campuses covered by our current recruitment. Our educational approach connects academic understanding with character, honesty, integrity and a respect for different backgrounds. Our Budigere school provides an ICSE pathway from Kindergarten through Class X. We want children to develop their strengths and interests while learning to think independently and work with others. Exploration, discovery and opportunities to express ideas are important parts of that approach. Our current appointments are in pre-primary and primary teaching, the stages where relationships, language and consistent routines shape a child’s confidence in school. Teachers need to make activities understandable, observe children carefully and communicate clearly with families and colleagues. Work within our school community

For Pre-Primary Teacher, our work centres on helping young children develop language, independence and readiness for learning.

• Plan short, purposeful learning experiences through stories, conversation, play, movement and the exploration of familiar materials.
• Develop early language, number awareness and social participation without relying only on formal written tasks.
• Observe how children communicate, make choices and respond to an activity, then use those observations to adjust the next experience.

For Primary Teacher, our work centres on building secure foundations across the primary years.

• Connect language, number and enquiry through lessons that are appropriate to the children’s stage and the subjects allocated to the post.
• Use explanation, demonstration, discussion and practice to help pupils move from an initial idea towards independent understanding.
• Notice differences in readiness and adjust tasks so that additional support and greater challenge both remain possible.
