Mrs. Gayathri Natarajan is a devoted and forward-thinking educational leader who brings 25 years of experience in the education sector. Committed to maintaining high academic standards, fostering student achievement, and promoting community involvement, she offers a vast reservoir of knowledge and specialized skills to BDW International School.
Before joining BDW International School, Mrs. Gayathri Natarajan held several leadership roles in the field of education, including positions as the Academic Head & Principal at Narayana Vidyalayam, Nagpur. Recognized for her expertise in guiding, communicating with, and supporting individuals of various age groups (from kindergarten to postgraduate levels), she is dedicated to establishing a nurturing and inclusive educational atmosphere for all students.
With her leadership, BDW International School is poised to prosper and expand. Mrs. Gayathri Natarajan’s cooperative style involves working closely with the school’s staff, students, families, and the broader community to ensure that every member of the school community receives the necessary support and encouragement to fulfill their academic potential.
BDWIS is the first School in Shillong to offer Day Care and Day Boarding facilities. Children can stay in the school after classes in the well-equipped and modern day-care facility. The school also has trained and skilled HOUSE-KEEPING STAFF and they are always present and ensure the personal hygiene of each child.
