About the Role

We are looking for an exceptional Senior Project Manager – AI & Robotics who has built a career managing real-world AI and Robotics projects—not just software or IT projects.

This role demands someone who can confidently take ownership of multiple AI & Robotics initiatives from concept to successful deployment. You should possess strong technical understanding, outstanding leadership skills, and the ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams, clients, educational institutions, and industry partners.

If you need extensive training to understand AI or Robotics, this role is not the right fit. We are looking for someone who already speaks the language of innovation and can lead projects with confidence from Day One.

What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end execution of AI & Robotics projects, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery.
• Plan, monitor, and manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with AI Engineers, Robotics Engineers, Embedded Developers, Software Developers, Trainers, Designers, and other stakeholders.
• Drive project execution across multiple technologies, including AI, Machine Learning, Robotics, Computer Vision, IoT, Embedded Systems, Automation, and Intelligent Systems.
• Conduct project reviews, risk assessments, and progress tracking while ensuring smooth communication between teams and clients.
• Lead technical discussions with clients, educational institutions, industries, and internal teams.
• Manage robotics workshops, innovation programs, industrial training, technical demonstrations, and project deployments.
• Ensure projects meet technical, functional, and quality expectations while maintaining documentation and reporting.
• Mentor teams, resolve execution challenges, and create an environment focused on innovation and accountability.
• Travel whenever required for workshops, client meetings, project implementations, industrial collaborations, and practical sessions.

Who We're Looking For

The ideal candidate is someone who has consistently managed AI & Robotics projects throughout their professional career and can independently lead complex technical initiatives.

You should have:

• 5–10+ years of proven experience managing AI & Robotics projects.
• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• Strong practical understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Robotics, Computer Vision, Embedded Systems, IoT, Automation, and related technologies.
• Experience working with multidisciplinary engineering teams and managing multiple concurrent projects.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and decision-making skills.
• The ability to understand technical challenges, guide engineering teams, and ensure successful project delivery.
• Confidence in representing projects before clients, industries, academic institutions, and senior management.
• Willingness to work full-time from our Zirakpur office and travel as business requirements demand.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with educational institutions, innovation labs, R&D organizations, industrial automation, or robotics companies.
• Hands-on exposure to robotics platforms, autonomous systems, ROS, AI applications, drones, robotic arms, or smart manufacturing environments.
• Certification in PMP, Agile, Scrum, or PRINCE2 is an advantage but not mandatory.
