About GEMS Millennium School Indirapuram

We are GEMS Millennium School, Indirapuram, a new school planned to open in April 2027 at Shakti Khand, near Eross Mall in Ghaziabad. Our initial provision is designed for children from age two at Pre-K through Grade VIII, following a CBSE-oriented academic pathway. We are part of the GEMS education community, whose origins go back to the educational work of K. S. and Mariamma Varkey in the United Arab Emirates in 1959.

Our curriculum is planned around the way children grow. In the early years, the Little GEMS approach draws on Montessori and Reggio Emilia ideas, using play, movement, relationships and exploration to develop communication, early literacy, mathematics and emotional wellbeing. Primary learning strengthens these foundations through investigation, discussion and practical work. In the middle years, learners are encouraged to evaluate evidence, make connections and apply knowledge in unfamiliar situations.

The planned campus combines academic and creative spaces. STREAM learning brings together science, technology, research, engineering, arts and mathematics, with robotics, design thinking and making intended to give ideas a practical form. Learning studios, libraries, performance spaces and sporting provision are part of the proposed environment. The creative programme places art, music, dance, drama and sculpture within the wider life of the school rather than treating them as occasional additions.

Our planned student programme also includes literature, mathematics, theatre, art and innovation events. These are intended as opportunities for children to apply their learning through participation, presentation and collaboration as the new campus develops.

Care and inclusion are central to the school we are developing. Planned support includes counselling, learning assistance, medical provision and accessible facilities. Our educational approach recognises that children may need different materials, more time, additional challenge or specialist support. Partnership with families is intended to help us understand those needs. Care, excellence, teamwork and continued learning are shared GEMS values. At Indirapuram, we are bringing these values into a new campus designed to connect academic foundations with curiosity, confidence and a sense of belonging.
