About Jaswant Modern Senior Secondary School
We are Jaswant Modern Senior Secondary School at 91 Rajpur Road, Dehradun. Our school was founded in November 1949 by Smt. Kalishvati in memory of Shri Jaswant Rai Khosala, with the blessings of Swami Sivananda of the Divine Life Society. We are affiliated to CBSE and are associated with the Jaswant Educational Trust. Our approach considers academic, physical, creative, moral and spiritual development as connected parts of education. This long-established school setting includes teaching at different stages, from the close classroom guidance required in Class I to subject preparation in senior secondary education. Our current appointments include English at PGT and TGT levels, Sanskrit at TGT level, and a Mother Teacher for Class I. We seek teachers with at least three years of CBSE or ICSE experience who understand how to translate their subject knowledge into age-appropriate learning and clear classroom communication.
