We are Maharishi Dayanand Public School in Rajouri Garden, Delhi. Our school began in 1985 through the efforts of Shri Jagdish Arya and developed from primary provision into a secondary institution. We are based at J-3/206–207, Rajouri Garden. Our educational aims include academic understanding, honesty, humility and a sense of responsibility to the wider community. We want children to develop as capable learners and thoughtful citizens. Our present recruitment is for female TGT teachers in Hindi and Sanskrit, and in Mathematics. Language teaching supports reading, expression and an understanding of texts, while Mathematics develops precision and reasoned problem solving. We invite candidates to set out their relevant qualifications, the classes they have taught and the subject preparation they can offer. For TGT Hindi and Sanskrit, our work centres on language learning, literacy and communication.

• Develop reading and comprehension through appropriate texts, with careful attention to vocabulary, pronunciation and meaning.
• Teach grammar through examples and use, helping learners connect sentence structure with clearer spoken and written expression.
• Plan listening and speaking activities that allow pupils to practise the language in context and receive specific feedback.

For TGT Maths, our work centres on mathematical reasoning and accurate problem solving.

• Build understanding of number, algebra, geometry and measurement at the level of the class, making the reasoning behind a method visible.
• Use worked examples and carefully sequenced questions to distinguish a conceptual misunderstanding from a calculation error.
• Connect symbolic work with diagrams, patterns and everyday quantities, then help learners explain how they reached an answer.
