1. Pre-Service Teachers: Aspiring educators are equipped with foundational skills and reflective practices that prepare them for classrooms.

One of GETI’s key innovations is the PATH model—Purposeful, Active, Transformative, Holistic Education. PATH aims to build 21st-century skills such as critical thinking, communication, collaboration, and creativity, while also promoting values like citizenship, climate awareness, and connectedness. It draws inspiration from global frameworks and India’s National Education Policy 2020.

Another flagship program is ALfA (Accelerating Learning for All), which uses peer-learning and activity-based methods to accelerate literacy and numeracy. ALfA often achieves results in months rather than years and simultaneously develops essential life skills such as teamwork, responsibility, and character building.
