Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan was registered as a society on December 15, 1965 under the Societies Registration Act (XXI of 1860). (Appendix-1) The purposes for which the organization was established were given in the Articles of Incentives and Rules (Appendix-1). The organization administers the scheme of Kendriya Vidyalayas created by the Human Resource Development Ministry in the Government of India. It has a three-level management structure with headquarter in New Delhi. The regional office is for the management of schools and central schools spread over the country.
Kendriya Vidyalaya Naleti is situated in village Naleti, Post Office Nehran Pukhar, Tehsil Dehra, District Kangra of Himachal Pradesh. Naleti is a small hamlet along the left bank of Beas River. This village forms a part of Dehra subdivision of Kangra district of Himachal Pradesh, the hill state of India. Naleti comprises three revenue villages Bhardyal Bulla (Pandit) Samdol.
