• Respond to prospective-family enquiries with accurate information about the campus and the relevant admissions process.
• Understand the family’s questions, arrange suitable follow-up and coordinate visits or discussions with the appropriate school colleagues.
• Maintain organised enquiry and application records, checking that required information is complete and the next step is clear.

For Marketing Executive, our work centres on creating clear, accurate communications about school life.

• Plan and prepare written or visual content around the school activity, audience and communication channel involved.
• Capture, organise and edit material with attention to accuracy, visual clarity and the intended purpose of the message.
• Coordinate with colleagues to confirm names, dates, details and the appropriate permissions before content is used.
