We are Sakya Academy on Purkul Road at Bhagwantpur, Dehradun. Our academy was founded by Gyana Vajra Sakya Rinpoche and is rooted in the Sakya tradition of Tibetan Buddhism. Our educational community brings together spiritual and academic development, with close attention to the physical and emotional wellbeing of students. Our founders’ involvement in children’s upbringing reflects the residential and community character of the academy. Professional preparation

Science Teacher: Bachelor’s/master’s in Science, preferably Biology, with B.Ed. and relevant experience. English Teacher: Bachelor’s/master’s in English with B.Ed. and relevant experience. Social Science Teacher: Bachelor’s/master’s in Social Science with B.Ed. and relevant experience. Peon: High school pass.
