About Vignana Jyothi Public School

We are Vignana Jyothi Public School in Madhura Nagar, Hyderabad, the first institution established by the Vignana Jyothi society. Formed in 1991, the not-for-profit society brings together people from business and professional backgrounds with a shared commitment to education and social service. Our CBSE school has affiliation number 3630021 and is based at G-16A, Madhura Nagar. We belong to a wider educational community that also works in engineering, management, arts, science and rural development. At school level, our present appointments focus on Science for Classes VI–VIII and a Mother Teacher for Class III. These roles require different approaches to children’s development: connected classroom guidance for primary learners and increasingly structured scientific enquiry in the middle years. For Mother Teacher, our work centres on building secure foundations across the primary years.

• Connect language, number and enquiry through lessons that are appropriate to the children’s stage and the subjects allocated to the post.
• Use explanation, demonstration, discussion and practice to help pupils move from an initial idea towards independent understanding.
• Notice differences in readiness and adjust tasks so that additional support and greater challenge both remain possible.
