Job Description:
- Teach coding in a fun and engaging way to school students via online classes.
- Inspire students to learn coding at a young age.
- Assess student's progress, evaluate assignments, and give constructive feedback.
- Be available, especially in the evenings on weekdays and longer hours on weekends.
- Teach one-on-one from the comfort of your home.
- Conduct regular feedback sessions with parents/guardians.
- Contribute to curriculum development and developing the right pedagogy for teaching coding.
Requirements:
- Eligibility: BTech, MTech, BCA, MCA, BE, ME from a computer science background.
- Minimum 5+ years of teaching experience in coding to school students.
- Prior teaching experience is a must.
- A curious mind and engineering background.
- Excellent communication skills in English; Hindi or other local languages are a plus.
- Critical thinking and troubleshooting skills.
- A laptop with a camera, microphone, and good internet connection (10mbps minimum).
