Open Positions & Eligibility Criteria:

1. Academic Coordinator

  • Qualification: Postgraduate with B.Ed.
  • Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in teaching and managing academic staff
  • Responsibilities: Lead academic planning, coordinate between departments, supervise teacher performance, and implement curriculum improvements.

2. HOD Mathematics / HOD Science

  • Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate in Mathematics or Science with B.Ed.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in academics and administration
  • Responsibilities: Lead subject department, mentor junior faculty, manage academic progress of the department.

3. School Counsellor

  • Qualification: Postgraduate degree in Psychology
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as a child counsellor in a school environment
  • Responsibilities: Provide emotional and behavioral support to students, conduct sessions, collaborate with teachers and parents.

4. PRT – English / PRT – Hindi

  • Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate in the relevant subject with B.Ed.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in primary education
  • Responsibilities: Plan and deliver subject-specific lessons, assess student performance, contribute to classroom and extracurricular activities.

Professional Experience: Finance, Strategy & Venture Building

Before founding Sky World School, he held leadership and operational roles across investment banking, private equity, and ed-tech. At Morgan Stanley (London & Hong Kong), he worked as a trader and fund manager, developing deep capital markets expertise, risk discipline, and a global view of value creation—skills that later informed his approach to funding and scaling the school. As a founding partner at Mark88 Capital (India and USA) , he led a private equity fund from 2015–2019, acquiring dealmaking, capital structuring, and investor management experience, crucial in making Sky World School a viable, investible enterprise. At Reliance Industries’ Ed-Tech arm (Bangalore) , as CFO, he oversaw three M&A transactions, giving him first hand insight into operational integration, education ventures, and large-scale financial execution—directly transferable to scaling Sky World School’s systems and infrastructure.

Sky World School: From Vision to Institution

Since founding Sky World School in 2009, he has led all core functions infrastructure, finance, fundraising, marketing, and admissions—and built a robust academic engine. From the original Sky Learning System (SLS 1.0), he envisioned and implemented SLS 2.0, a comprehensive academic transformation that integrates experiential learning, data-driven assessments, and structured teacher training and trackable academic systems involving lesson planning, observations, and feedback loops. His focus today is on scaling Sky World School from 800 to 2,000+ students, deepening brand value, and evolving SLS 2.0 into a replicable and globally benchmarked learning system that meets the needs of 21st-century learners.
