1. Academic Coordinators (CBSE Stream):
Grades: 1–4, 5–7, 8–10, and 11–12
Responsibilities:
Overseeing curriculum planning and academic delivery.
Mentoring and guiding teachers.
Ensuring effective implementation of school academic goals and assessments.
Coordinating with parents and school leadership for student progress.
Qualifications: Graduate/Postgraduate with B.Ed., minimum 5 years of academic coordination or leadership experience in CBSE schools.
2. Subject Matter Experts (SMEs):
Subjects: Physics, Social Science, Kannada, English, Math, Biology, Hindi
Responsibilities:
Delivering high-quality subject instruction.
Using tech-enabled tools and experiential learning strategies.
Conducting assessments and remediation sessions.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s/Master’s in relevant subject with B.Ed. and minimum 3 years of CBSE teaching experience.
3. PRT Teachers:
Subjects: Science, Math, Kannada
Responsibilities:
Teaching foundational concepts to primary students in an engaging manner.
Integrating visual aids and interactive methods in lesson delivery.
Qualifications: Graduate in relevant subject with D.Ed./B.Ed. and 2+ years of primary teaching experience.
4. Lab Instructor – Science & ATL (Atal Tinkering Lab):
Responsibilities:
Managing lab equipment, preparing experiments, guiding students in hands-on science and innovation projects.
Encouraging STEM exploration through ATL kits and projects.
Qualifications: B.Sc./M.Sc. in Science or relevant technical background with 2+ years of lab experience.
5. Non-Teaching – HR (School Experience Mandatory):
Responsibilities:
Managing school recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance reviews.
Coordinating with school management and staff to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications: MBA in HR or related field with 2–4 years of HR experience in an educational institution.
6. IB – MYP Coordinator:
Responsibilities:
Leading curriculum planning and implementation of IB MYP framework.
Guiding subject teachers and ensuring alignment with IB standards.
Qualifications: IB Certified with prior coordination experience, minimum 3–5 years in IB schools.
