🎓 Qualifications & Experience Requirements:

1. Researcher

  • Ph.D. in Engineering, Energy Studies, Environmental Science, Law, Management, Design, or related areas
  • 2–5 years of postdoctoral or institutional research experience
  • Strong publication record in Scopus/Web of Science-indexed journals
  • Experience with research projects, grants, and innovation development preferred

2. Educator

  • Ph.D. in the relevant discipline (mandatory for Professorial roles)
  • Assistant Professor: 2–3 years of teaching/industry experience
  • Associate Professor: 8+ years of academic or research experience with publications
  • Professor: 10–15 years of experience with proven leadership in academia/research
  • Should have a track record of curriculum development, student mentoring, and research supervision

3. Industry Experiences Professional

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Management, HR, or any professional discipline
  • 5–10 years of corporate training, industry collaboration, or placement facilitation experience
  • Strong network in industry sectors and experience in corporate interface programs essential

Researchers:

  • Conduct funded research projects, publish high-impact papers, and mentor student researchers
  • Collaborate on interdisciplinary research across schools

Educators:

  • Deliver high-quality classroom instruction and hands-on learning
  • Guide students in capstone projects, internships, and innovation challenges
  • Participate in university committees and academic development initiatives

Industry Experience Professionals:

  • Develop and manage partnerships with industries for internships, live projects, and placements
  • Conduct industry immersion programs and skill-building workshops for students
