The school is managed by the "Pioneer Educational and Charitable Trust" formed in the year 1997 to cater to the needs of middle and upper middle class families in and around Thiruverkadu. The school is recognised by the Govt. of Tamilnadu and it has the co-education system of education.

Role Description
This is a full-time ON-SITE role for a Commerce/ Accountancy Teacher for Higher Secondary at Pioneer Matriculation Higher Secondary School. The role involves teaching commerce and accountancy subjects to high school students, preparing lesson plans, conducting assessments, and providing guidance to students to help them excel in their studies.
Person Specification:
Master’s degree in Commerce, Accountancy, or Education. Additional qualifications like a B.Ed. or M.Ed. would be an advantage.
Minimum of 3 years of demonstrated teaching experience in teaching Commerce and Accountancy at the high school or higher secondary level.
In-depth knowledge and understanding of Commerce and Accountancy subjects, including practical application
Proven ability to design and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to a diverse range of learners.
Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and simple manner..
Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal formats. Ability to interact effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
A deep passion for teaching and helping students realize their potential. Enthusiastic about mentoring students both academically and personally.
Job Description
