Position Available: Admin Officer
Apeejay School, Charkhi Dadri, invites dynamic and experienced candidates to apply for the position of Admin Officer. This is a full-time administrative role for an organized, proactive, and responsible individual who will ensure the smooth and efficient day-to-day functioning of the school’s operational and infrastructural needs. The Admin Officer will play a crucial role in supporting the institution’s mission by managing non-academic services and providing a safe, secure, and well-maintained campus for students, staff, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facility Management: Oversee the upkeep and functionality of all physical infrastructure, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and efficiency across school premises.
- Transport Management: Manage the daily operations of the school transport system, including route planning, driver coordination, and vehicle maintenance.
- Vendor Management: Handle procurement processes, manage vendor relationships, and ensure timely delivery and quality of goods and services.
- Liaison: Coordinate with local government bodies, service providers, and other external stakeholders to ensure compliance and maintain effective working relationships.
- Repair & Maintenance: Supervise timely repairs and maintenance of school buildings, furniture, equipment, and other facilities to ensure a conducive learning environment.
- Horticulture: Maintain and enhance the school's green cover by managing gardening staff and overseeing landscaping and horticulture activities.
Who Can Apply:
Candidates with relevant experience in school or institutional administration are preferred. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask are essential.
