Key Responsibilities

✅ Academic Leadership

  • Lead and manage the English department
  • Develop and enrich curriculum content
  • Monitor teaching quality and student outcomes

✅ Administrative Management

  • Oversee daily school operations
  • Supervise teaching and non-teaching staff
  • Ensure effective student discipline and parent communication

✅ Strategic Leadership

  • Support the Principal in implementing school vision and policies
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to achieve academic and operational goals
  • Foster a collaborative and positive school culture

Requirements

  • Minimum Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate with a specialization in English
  • Experience:
  • Proven experience in teaching English
  • Prior leadership role (as HOD/Admin Coordinator/Vice Principal preferred)
  • Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and team management abilities
