Role Overview:

The Admission Counsellor will be responsible for guiding prospective students and their parents through the admission process, answering queries, and providing detailed information about the school’s curriculum, facilities, and values. This role requires a highly motivated individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for education.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct detailed admission counselling sessions for parents and students.
  • Explain admission procedures, eligibility criteria, and important dates effectively.
  • Assist families in filling out application forms and completing documentation.
  • Coordinate with the admissions team to ensure a smooth admission experience.
  • Maintain and update the admissions database and follow up on prospective student leads.
  • Participate in school open days, orientations, and promotional events to attract new admissions.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • Graduate or Postgraduate degree from a recognized university.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in admissions or educational counselling preferred.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently.
