Position: Admission Counsellor
Location: Gowdavalli, Medchal, Telangana
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Master’s degree preferred).
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in school admissions, counselling, or customer-facing roles.
Strong communication skills in English, Telugu, and Hindi are desirable.
Familiarity with school admission procedures, CBSE curriculum, and parent engagement strategies.
Candidates with prior experience in new branch admissions will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end admissions process for prospective students, from initial inquiry to final enrolment.
Counsel parents and students on the school’s vision, academic programs, facilities, and extracurricular opportunities.
Organize campus tours, orientation sessions, and promotional activities to attract new admissions.
Maintain accurate records of inquiries, leads, and conversions in coordination with the school administration.
Work closely with the school leadership to develop admission targets and strategies to achieve them.
Respond promptly to queries via phone, email, or walk-ins, ensuring high levels of parent satisfaction.
Build strong relationships with parents and the community to enhance the school’s reputation.
Support outreach programs, promotional events, and tie-ups with local organizations to boost admissions.
