Position Overview:
Paul George Global School is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Admission Counsellor to join its dynamic team. The Admission Counsellor will play a vital role in guiding prospective students and their families through the admissions process and ensuring a seamless enrollment experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective students and their families seeking admission to the school.
Provide detailed information about the school’s academic programs, admission procedures, and key benefits to potential applicants.
Assist families in completing admission formalities, documentation, and follow-up communication.
Coordinate and schedule school tours, admission interviews, and orientation sessions for new students.
Maintain accurate records of inquiries, applications, and admissions status using school management software.
Collaborate closely with the academic and administrative teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new students.
Conduct outreach programs and represent the school at educational fairs and community events.
Monitor and analyze admission trends and provide regular reports to school management.
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience in admission counselling or related roles, preferably in the education sector.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to connect with diverse families.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in using CRM or admission management software is a plus.
Positive attitude, customer-oriented, and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
