Position:
Assistant Executive – Administration & Accounts
Qualifications & Eligibility:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
- Professional certifications in accounting (CA-Inter, ICWA, or equivalent) will be an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and administrative procedures.
- Proficiency in Tally, MS Office, and other accounting software.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential.
Experience Required:
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in accounts and administration, preferably in an educational institution or corporate sector.
- Hands-on experience in managing school accounts, budgeting, payroll, vendor management, and statutory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day administrative operations of the institution, ensuring efficiency and smooth workflow.
- Manage accounting functions, including fee collection, expense monitoring, ledger maintenance, and financial reporting.
- Prepare budgets, handle audits, and ensure compliance with institutional and statutory requirements.
- Support recruitment processes, staff record management, and employee payroll.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and other stakeholders for timely execution of institutional requirements.
- Provide regular reports to management and assist in decision-making related to finance and administration.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity in all financial and administrative matters.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Good interpersonal skills to liaise with staff, parents, and external agencies.
