    Responsibilities:

    • Deliver high-quality lectures in assigned subjects at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.

    • Develop curriculum and teaching methodologies aligned with industry requirements and latest advancements.

    • Engage in research, publish in reputed journals, and contribute to sponsored projects and consultancy assignments.

    • Mentor students in both academic and professional development, including participation in technical events and career guidance.

    • Participate actively in departmental meetings, administrative responsibilities, and accreditation processes (NBA/NAAC).

    • Collaborate with peers to foster an environment of interdisciplinary research and innovation.

    Qualifications and Experience:

    • Essential: B.E./B.Tech. and M.E./M.Tech. in relevant discipline.

    • For Computer Science & Engineering: MCA, M.Sc., or M.Phil. with relevant teaching/research experience may also apply.

    • Desirable: Ph.D. in relevant field.

    • Experience: Minimum 4+ years of teaching/research/industry experience for Assistant and Associate Professor positions. For Professors, a proven track record in research, publications, and academic leadership is required.

    Key Skills Required:

    • Strong subject knowledge and classroom management skills.

    • Research aptitude with ability to publish in reputed journals.

    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

    • Ability to integrate technology in teaching.

    • Passion for student mentoring and academic growth.
