Sampoorna Group of Institutions, located in J. P. Nagar, Bengaluru, is inviting applications for the positions of Assistant Professor and Associate Professor for its growing academic divisions. The institution is seeking dynamic professionals across multiple disciplines, including Engineering Faculty, MBA Faculty, and Agriculture Faculty, along with experienced professionals for the role of Admission Counsellor. As part of the academic team, selected candidates will play a vital role in teaching, research, mentoring, and counselling students, contributing to both academic delivery and holistic education.
For teaching roles, the Engineering Faculty will be responsible for delivering core and advanced engineering subjects, guiding practical sessions, supervising student projects, and contributing to curriculum development aligned with university and industry standards. The MBA Faculty will handle management subjects, case-study-based learning, industry interaction sessions, and student mentoring to enhance employability. The Agriculture Faculty will support both theoretical and practical agricultural education, focusing on modern farming practices, agri-technology, sustainability, and applied research.
Admission Counsellors will manage student counselling activities, guide prospective students through academic programs, support admission processes, and coordinate with academic departments to ensure smooth enrolment. This role requires strong communication skills, counselling aptitude, and an understanding of higher education programs.
All faculty members are expected to actively participate in academic research, publications, seminars, faculty development programs, and institutional initiatives. Teaching responsibilities include lesson planning, classroom delivery, evaluation, and student counselling. Faculty are also encouraged to contribute to accreditation activities, academic audits, and institutional branding initiatives.
Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in the relevant discipline with NET and/or Ph.D. qualifications as per UGC norms. Prior teaching or counselling experience in higher education institutions will be an added advantage. Strong subject knowledge, communication skills, research orientation, and a student-centric approach are essential.
