Position Summary:

The Department of Polymer Engineering invites applications from highly qualified and motivated candidates for the position of Assistant Professor. The role requires individuals who can contribute effectively to academic programs, research initiatives, and departmental growth.

Specializations:

  • B.Tech. / M.Tech. in Plastic Technology
  • B.Tech. / M.Tech. in Rubber Technology
  • Ph.D. in Polymer Engineering

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging lectures and practical sessions in Polymer Engineering and related specializations.
  • Develop and update course materials to meet evolving academic standards and industry requirements.
  • Guide and mentor undergraduate and postgraduate students in academic and research projects.
  • Conduct high-quality research and publish findings in reputed journals and conferences.
  • Participate in departmental and institutional development activities.
  • Collaborate with industry partners and contribute to research funding initiatives.

Eligibility & Experience:

  • Candidates must meet UGC qualification norms.
  • Minimum 2 years of teaching/research experience in relevant fields is desirable.
