Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage the day-to-day operations of the transport department.
Coordinate bus routes, schedules, and ensure timely pick-up and drop services.
Monitor vehicle maintenance, fuel usage, and ensure compliance with safety and legal standards.
Handle transport staff including drivers and support personnel, providing necessary training and guidance.
Develop and implement policies to improve efficiency, safety, and cost-effectiveness of transport services.
Liaise with administration and parents for smooth resolution of transport-related concerns.
Maintain accurate transport records, reports, and documentation for audits and compliance.
Qualifications & Experience
Graduation or Post-Graduation, preferably with B.Ed. for enhanced institutional fit.
Strong organizational and management skills with the ability to handle large-scale operations.
Previous experience in transport administration, logistics, or similar roles will be preferred.
Knowledge of vehicle compliance, safety regulations, and route planning is highly desirable.
Effective communication and leadership qualities to supervise staff and coordinate with stakeholders.
