Job Description:

Positions & Key Responsibilities:

Associate Professor & Assistant Professor:

  • Teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses in relevant engineering disciplines.
  • Develop and update curriculum, lecture materials, and assessment tools.
  • Mentor and guide students in academic projects and research.
  • Conduct and publish research in reputed journals and participate in conferences.
  • Participate in departmental and institutional committees, accreditation, and quality assurance activities.
  • Collaborate with industry and academic partners to enhance teaching and research.

Inventory Manager:

  • Manage and maintain accurate records of institutional inventory including equipment, supplies, and materials.
  • Ensure timely procurement, storage, and distribution of resources.
  • Conduct regular audits and reconcile inventory records.
  • Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments to streamline inventory processes.
  • Prepare inventory reports and assist in budget planning related to resources.

Accountant:

  • Handle day-to-day financial transactions, ledger maintenance, and bookkeeping.
  • Prepare and verify invoices, payments, and salary disbursements.
  • Assist in budget preparation, financial reporting, and audit coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory financial regulations and institutional policies.
  • Manage payroll, tax filings, and other statutory obligations.

Eligibility & Qualifications:

  • Associate & Assistant Professors:
  • Master’s degree or Ph.D. in relevant engineering fields.
  • NET/SET qualification and AICTE eligibility are desirable.
  • Teaching and research experience preferred.
  • Inventory Manager:
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • Experience in inventory management or supply chain preferred.
  • Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
  • Accountant:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or Finance.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office.
  • Experience in handling institutional accounts preferred.
