Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
Provide individual and group counseling to students addressing emotional, behavioral, and social issues.
Design and implement guidance programs that support students’ mental health and personal development.
Assist in managing classroom behavior by providing strategies and support to teachers.
Conduct regular workshops, awareness programs, and life skills sessions for students and parents.
Maintain confidential student records and track progress.
Act as a liaison between school staff, parents, and external professionals where needed.
Provide timely interventions for students facing academic or behavioral challenges.
Qualifications & Experience:
Graduation or Post-Graduation in Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.
B.Ed. degree is mandatory.
Prior experience as a school counselor or in a similar role is preferred.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive issues with empathy and professionalism.
