Eligibility Criteria:
Candidates must possess the requisite qualifications as per AICTE and UGC norms. For leadership roles such as HoD, applicants should hold both B.E./B.Tech. and M.E./M.Tech. degrees, along with a Ph.D. in the relevant specialization. Professorial and associate professorial roles require relevant academic qualifications and proven academic and research experience in the respective disciplines.
Preferred Candidates:
Preference will be given to industry professionals and retired personnel from government institutions, who bring with them a wealth of practical experience, high-quality research and development credentials, consultancy expertise, and a strong GATE score. KSRC encourages candidates who demonstrate excellence in research, teaching, and community engagement to apply.
Role and Responsibilities:
Selected faculty members will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction, mentoring students, conducting innovative research, and contributing to curriculum development. The leadership positions, particularly HoD roles, will entail overseeing academic and administrative functions of the departments, facilitating faculty development, and promoting collaborative projects with industry and research bodies.
