📌 Job Vacancies:
1. Center Manager / Principal (1 Post)
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the preschool center.
- Supervise teaching and support staff.
- Ensure adherence to curriculum standards and health/safety regulations.
- Interact with parents and ensure high-quality early childhood education.
- Coordinate with the head office and handle administrative responsibilities.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in preschool/education management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
2. Pre-School Teachers – 7 Positions (Half Day / Full Day)
Responsibilities:
- Conduct engaging and age-appropriate lessons for toddlers and young children.
- Create a nurturing and safe learning environment.
- Observe and assess student development and maintain records.
- Collaborate with parents and center heads regarding student progress.
- Assist in school events and extracurricular activities.
Requirements:
- Graduate with Montessori/Nursery Teacher Training or ECCE certification.
- Prior experience in a preschool setting preferred.
- Fluent in English with good classroom management skills.
- Passion for working with children.
3. Counselor – 2 Positions
Responsibilities:
- Provide emotional and developmental counseling to children and parents.
- Assist in identifying behavioral or learning challenges.
- Work closely with teachers to support students' mental well-being.
- Maintain confidentiality and clear documentation of counseling sessions.
Requirements:
- Master’s in Psychology/Counseling or related discipline.
- Prior experience in early childhood counseling is desirable.
- Empathy, patience, and good interpersonal skills.
