Key Responsibilities:
Teach Chemistry to students in Grades 9 to 12, following a structured and concept-based curriculum aligned with school and board guidelines.
Develop lesson plans and instructional materials to engage students and enhance conceptual understanding.
Create and conduct regular assessments, assignments, and practical experiments to evaluate student progress.
Foster a positive classroom atmosphere that promotes curiosity, critical thinking, and collaborative learning.
Maintain discipline, classroom decorum, and student records in line with institutional policies.
Provide academic support and mentoring to students preparing for board exams and competitive entrance tests like NEET/JEE.
Collaborate with fellow faculty members to plan and coordinate academic activities, tests, and school events.
Communicate effectively with students, parents, and school administrators regarding academic performance and development.
Eligibility Criteria:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry.
B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification preferred.
Minimum of 2–3 years of teaching experience in a school or coaching institute, specifically for Grades 9–12.
Excellent subject knowledge and classroom management skills.
Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Comfort with modern teaching tools and digital platforms.
