- Nature of Role: Responsible for managing all aspects of school security, campus safety, and emergency preparedness.
✅ Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification Required:
- Graduate from a recognized university (preferred)
- Security management certification (optional but preferred)
- Experience:
- Mandatory: Retired Army or Police Officer
- Minimum 10–15 years of service in the defense forces or police department
- Prior experience in managing security for schools, colleges, or institutional premises is desirable
- Skills & Attributes:
- Strong leadership and crisis management skills
- Ability to train and manage security staff
- Proficiency in surveillance tools, safety protocols, and visitor management
- Familiarity with child safety norms and campus security systems
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Ensure complete safety and security of students, staff, and school property
- Supervise and train security guards and staff
- Monitor campus access points and CCTV systems
- Handle emergency situations and coordinate with local police or fire services if needed
- Conduct regular audits and drills related to campus security
- Report daily security updates to the Principal/Management
