Eligibility & Qualifications:

  • CTO: Ph.D./Master’s in Engineering/Technology with significant experience in R&D, product development, or startup ecosystem. Leadership in technology strategy, innovation management, and commercialization is essential.
  • Senior Manager (Business Development): MBA/PGDM with 8–12 years of experience in partnerships, fundraising, and ecosystem building. Proven track record of working with corporates, government bodies, and international agencies.
  • Senior Manager (Operations – Skilling): Master’s degree in Engineering/Management with at least 7–10 years’ experience in skilling programs, capacity building, and project operations.
  • Manager/Associate/Assistant – Operations (Strategic Alliances & Grants): Graduate/Postgraduate in Management/Engineering with experience in grant writing, proposal development, and partnership management.
  • Admin/Office Interns: Graduate students or freshers with strong organizational skills and eagerness to learn.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive innovation, technology transfer, and collaboration with industries and startups.
  • Manage strategic partnerships with government agencies, corporates, and global institutions.
  • Lead large-scale skilling and training initiatives to strengthen workforce capabilities.
  • Develop grant proposals, manage funded projects, and monitor compliance with funding norms.
  • Support administrative, financial, and operational functions to ensure smooth execution of hub activities.
  • For interns: assist in documentation, coordination, and event management tasks.


Skills Required:

  • Strong communication, leadership, and networking abilities.
  • Proven project management and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, research-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with government/industry grant mechanisms and reporting standards.
