  2. Pipe Band Instructor – 1 Post
  3. ATL (Atal Tinkering Lab) Instructor – 1 Post
  4. Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) – Hindi – 1 Post
  5. Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) – English – 1 Post
  6. Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) – History – 1 Post
  7. Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) – English – 1 Post

Qualifications & Eligibility:

  • PGT Positions (English, History):
  • Master’s degree in the respective subject with B.Ed.
  • Proficiency in English communication.
  • As per KVS norms.
  • TGT Positions (Hindi, English):
  • Graduation in the respective subject with B.Ed.
  • CTET qualification (Paper II) required.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Counsellor:
  • Postgraduate in Psychology or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a child counsellor.
  • ATL Instructor:
  • B.E./B.Tech in Electronics/Computer Science or relevant discipline.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience preferred.
  • Pipe Band Instructor:
  • Relevant qualification in music or pipe band instruction.
  • Experience in training school students preferred.

Kendriya Vidyalaya Palampur was established in defense sector in the year 1977 and is situated in the lap of Dhauladhar mountain range of the Himalaya, on Pathankot – Manali road NH – 20 in the district of Kangra (HP).   4. Sanskrit is taught in class VI – VIII.
  5. The quality of teaching is kept high by an appropriate teacher-pupil ratio.
  6. No tuition fee for boys up to class VIII, girls up to class XII and SC/ST students and children of KVS employees.
