1. Counsellor
Qualification Required:
- B.A. or M.A. in Psychology
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one and group counseling sessions for students.
- Support students' emotional, behavioral, and psychological well-being.
- Identify students in need of special attention and provide appropriate intervention.
- Guide students in setting academic and personal goals.
- Maintain regular communication with teachers and parents regarding student concerns.
- Organize wellness programs, workshops, and awareness activities on mental health.
- Ensure a safe, inclusive, and respectful school environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Empathetic listener with excellent communication skills.
- Experience working with school-aged children.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
2. PRT Drawing Teacher
Qualification Required:
- B.A. or M.A. in Fine Arts
Job Responsibilities:
- Teach drawing, painting, and other visual arts to primary school students.
- Encourage creativity and self-expression through visual mediums.
- Plan and implement age-appropriate art activities and projects.
- Prepare students for intra/inter-school art competitions.
- Maintain a positive and inspiring classroom environment.
- Keep records of student progress and provide feedback.
Preferred Skills:
- Proficiency in various art techniques and materials.
- Ability to inspire young learners and nurture artistic skills.
- Good classroom management and communication skills.
Salary & Benefits:
- Minimum Salary: ₹25,000/- per month
- Additional Benefit: Free transport facility from Amritsar
