Role: Early Years Educator
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement an inquiry-based, child-centric curriculum that promotes active learning.
- Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment that fosters curiosity and growth.
- Observe, assess, and document children’s progress in alignment with developmental milestones.
- Establish strong partnerships with parents through regular communication and engagement.
- Contribute to a team-driven culture of continuous improvement and reflective practice.
Candidate Profile:
- A deep love for children and a strong understanding of early childhood development.
- Energetic, empathetic, and dedicated to student well-being.
- A lifelong learner who embraces new pedagogies and educational innovations.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a multicultural setting.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, Psychology, or a related field (Diploma in ECCE or Montessori Training preferred).
- Prior experience in a preschool or international early years setting is desirable.
- Fluency in English is required, with a warm and engaging teaching style.
