Job Description:
Indus International School, Bangalore, a premier IB World School, is currently inviting applications for multiple academic and career guidance positions in the Senior School segment under the MYP and IBDP curriculum. We are seeking highly motivated and qualified educators who are passionate about student development and global learning.
Teachers applying for Economics, Physics, and History should have experience in international curriculum delivery, preferably in IB or IGCSE, and a strong ability to engage students with concept-based, inquiry-driven learning. Candidates must be capable of creating dynamic lesson plans that promote critical thinking, independent research, and real-world application of concepts.
The College Placements Officer will be responsible for guiding students through their higher education journey, including university selection, application processes, scholarship guidance, and preparing documentation. The candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills and prior experience with international admissions will be preferred.
Eligibility Criteria (for Teaching Roles):
- Postgraduate degree in the relevant subject.
- B.Ed. or IB-certified teaching credentials preferred.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience teaching at the senior secondary level, preferably in IB/MYP/IGCSE.
- Excellent English communication and classroom management skills.
- Familiarity with digital teaching tools and platforms.
Eligibility Criteria (for College Placement Role):
- Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Counseling, Education, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in college placement or career counseling in an international school setting.
