Qualifications & Eligibility:
- A Master’s degree in the relevant subject (English, History, Fine Arts/Visual Arts).
- A B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification is mandatory.
- Prior teaching experience in Cambridge/ISC curriculum is essential—minimum 3–5 years preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English is a must.
- Candidates with experience in all-girls or residential schools will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and well-structured lessons in accordance with the Cambridge or ISC curriculum.
- Prepare students for board examinations, internal assessments, and academic projects.
- Encourage critical thinking, creativity, and classroom participation.
- Maintain student records, assessment data, and progress reports.
- Participate in school activities, pastoral care, and residential life as required.
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan interdisciplinary activities and enrichment programs.
