Job Title: Experienced Faculty – IIT-JEE, NEET & Foundation (Senior Wing)

Job Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging and concept-based classroom sessions for IIT-JEE/NEET/Foundation/Board aspirants.
  • Design lesson plans that simplify complex topics and enhance student comprehension.
  • Monitor individual student performance, provide academic mentorship, and resolve queries effectively.
  • Collaborate with academic coordinators and contribute to content creation, assignments, and test papers.
  • Create a positive learning environment that encourages active participation.
  • Keep up to date with exam patterns, syllabus changes, and new pedagogical methods.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Minimum 3+ years of proven experience in teaching for IIT-JEE / NEET / Foundation courses.
  • Strong academic qualifications in the respective subject(s) – B.Tech / M.Tech / M.Sc. (B.Ed preferred).
  • Ability to simplify high-level topics and deliver them in an easy-to-understand manner.
  • Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
  • Passionate about teaching and student success.

Job Type

  • Subject-wise openings are available for the Senior Wing (Classes 11 & 12).
