Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive lessons in Accountancy and Commerce in line with the curriculum framework.
- Prepare and evaluate assignments, tests, and examinations effectively.
- Promote critical thinking and analytical skills among students through interactive teaching methods.
- Maintain accurate academic records and ensure timely progress tracking.
- Support students in preparing for board examinations and competitive entrance exams.
- Participate in departmental meetings, parent-teacher interactions, and school activities.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Master’s degree in Commerce or Accountancy from a recognized university.
- B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification preferred.
- Minimum 2–3 years of teaching experience in Accountancy and/or Business Studies at school or junior college level.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Ability to explain complex concepts in a student-friendly manner.
