Qualifications Required:
- A Ph.D. in a relevant discipline from an accredited university

- Proven research track record with publications in Scopus/peer-reviewed journals
- Proficiency in English (instruction is in English)
- Familiarity with LMS platforms (e.g., Blackboard, Moodle) is preferred
- Candidates with industry experience alongside academic achievements will be given preference
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Teach undergraduate and/or postgraduate courses within the College of Business Administration
- Supervise student research projects and internships
- Contribute to curriculum development, course design, and academic planning
- Conduct and publish impactful research in reputed journals
- Participate in academic events, departmental meetings, and community service
- Engage in professional development and training sessions offered by the university
- Maintain regular office hours and provide academic advisement to students
