🎓 Eligibility & Experience Requirements (As per NMC/MCI norms):
Professor
- Qualification: MD/MS/DNB in the concerned subject
- Experience: Minimum 14 years of teaching/research experience after postgraduate qualification, including at least 3 years as an Associate Professor
- Should have published a minimum of 4 research papers in indexed/national journals as first/corresponding author
Assistant Professor
- Qualification: MD/MS/DNB in the relevant specialty
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of teaching/research experience in the subject after obtaining the postgraduate degree
- Preference for candidates with clinical, research, and teaching exposure in reputed institutions
All qualifications must be recognized by the National Medical Commission (NMC)/Medical Council of India (MCI)
💼 Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct theory and practical sessions for UG and PG medical students
- Supervise research projects and clinical training
- Provide patient care and contribute to departmental services (for clinical roles)
- Publish scholarly articles, attend conferences, and pursue academic collaborations
- Participate in curriculum development, examination duties, and institutional governance
