Location: Sikkim (with flexible teaching options in Gangtok, Pakyong, and across India)

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Master’s degree in the relevant subject (minimum 55%)
  • NET/Ph.D. as per UGC norms preferred
  • Industry experience or dual-expertise in teaching and hands-on training is highly desirable
  • Candidates must be adaptable to skill-based and experiential teaching formats
  • Strong communication and mentorship capabilities required

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Experience in industry-integrated teaching
  • Willingness to use blended and online modes of delivery
  • Ability to mentor students for job readiness, soft skills, and hands-on projects
  • For health and hospitality roles, real-world exposure and certification are highly desirable

Job Responsibilities:

  • Deliver interactive lectures, workshops, and project-based modules
  • Participate in curriculum development and assessment design
  • Guide internships, industry projects, and field assignments
  • Evaluate students using skill-mapped rubrics and performance indicators
  • Engage with industry partners and contribute to placement and training efforts
  • Support research, outreach, and continuous improvement initiatives within departments
