Job Title: Female Maths Teacher (Primary & Middle School)


📍 Location: Brilliant High School, HSR Layout, 1st Sector, Bengaluru, Karnataka

Position Summary

As a Mathematics teacher, your role will be to simplify numerical concepts, promote logical thinking, and help build a solid academic foundation in Maths among students from grades 1 to 8. Candidates should be enthusiastic about teaching young learners and confident in applying modern teaching techniques and classroom management strategies.


Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver age-appropriate Maths lessons based on school curriculum and learning goals
  • Develop interactive classroom activities and exercises to foster mathematical skills
  • Use real-life examples and visual aids to make abstract concepts more relatable
  • Assess and monitor student progress through classwork, assignments, and tests
  • Prepare students for internal evaluations and bridge learning gaps
  • Create an inclusive and engaging classroom environment
  • Communicate regularly with parents about academic progress and behavioral development
  • Participate in school events, academic planning meetings, and training sessions


Qualifications & Experience

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Mathematics or a related field
  • B.Ed. degree preferred
  • Minimum 2–4 years of teaching experience at the primary/middle school level (freshers with strong subject knowledge may also apply)
  • Fluency in English and effective communication skills
  • Proficiency in digital teaching tools and classroom technology
