- Experience:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the education sector, with at least 5 years in an administrative or leadership role
- Prior experience as a Vice-Principal/Coordinator/Headmistress or Principal in a reputed CBSE/ICSE/State Board school will be preferred
- Key Skills Required:
- Strong academic background and proven track record of excellence in education
- Excellent leadership and organizational abilities
- Proficient in computer operations including MS Office, ERP, and academic management systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to mentor and guide staff and create a positive learning environment
- Fluency in spoken and written English
