Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise teaching and non-teaching staff with efficient delegation and monitoring.
  • Manage parent-school communication and address student needs with empathy and authority.

  • Maintain discipline and ensure a safe, inclusive school environment.
  • Lead school improvement initiatives and drive digital learning practices.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Gender: Female only
  • Educational Qualification: Master’s Degree with B.Ed/M.Ed (mandatory)
  • Experience: Minimum 7–10 years in teaching, with 3–5 years in a leadership role (Vice-Principal/Principal preferred)
  • Age: Preferably below 55 years
  • Computer Proficiency: Must be comfortable with school ERP systems, MS Office, and online teaching tools
  • Language: Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
