Job Summary

SR International School invites applications from competent and experienced teaching professionals, preferably IITians, who possess strong teaching aptitude and IT skills, along with fluency in English. The selected candidate will be responsible for teaching the "Foundation Course" aimed at preparing students for competitive examinations including IIT JEE, NEET, NTSE, NSTSC, Olympiads, and other similar exams. This role is critical to the school's mission of equipping students with the foundational knowledge and skills required to excel in these challenging exams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality instruction in the Foundation Course curriculum focusing on Science, Mathematics, and other relevant subjects.
  • Develop and implement effective teaching strategies to enhance student understanding and performance.
  • Utilize IT skills to integrate technology into classroom teaching and make learning engaging and interactive.
  • Continuously assess student progress and provide timely feedback to students and parents.
  • Prepare students for various competitive exams by providing conceptual clarity and problem-solving techniques.
  • Collaborate with fellow educators and participate in faculty development programs to enhance teaching effectiveness.
  • Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and performance metrics.

Eligibility & Qualifications

  • Candidates must be IIT graduates or possess equivalent qualifications with proven teaching aptitude.
  • Excellent IT skills and proficiency in English communication are essential.
  • Prior experience in teaching foundation courses or competitive exam preparation is highly desirable.
  • Strong commitment to student success and ability to motivate students effectively.
