Open Positions:

1. Foundation Faculty

Subjects Preferred: Science, Mathematics, or any core subject under Foundation Programs (Classes 6–10)

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver concept-based classroom teaching with clear academic objectives.
  • Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments.
  • Monitor student progress and provide feedback and mentorship.
  • Engage in parent-teacher meetings and academic reviews.
  • Collaborate with academic planners and content developers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master’s degree in the relevant subject.
  • 2+ years of teaching experience (school or coaching preferred).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong subject expertise and clarity in foundational concepts.
2. Senior Doubt Faculty

Responsibilities:

  • Resolve subject-specific doubts of students from classes 6–12 or competitive exams (like JEE/NEET).
  • Provide academic support through in-person and online doubt sessions.
  • Coordinate with main faculty to ensure student understanding.
  • Identify common conceptual challenges and report for curriculum adjustments.

Requirements:

  • Strong academic background in Science/Mathematics or relevant subjects.
  • 2+ years of experience in doubt resolution or mentoring roles.
  • Patience, approachability, and an excellent command of the subject matter.
