Job Title: Grade 1 Co-Teacher

Key Responsibilities:
Support the Lead Teacher in planning and delivering engaging lessons for Grade 1 students.
Assist in implementing innovative teaching strategies that cater to different learning styles and abilities.
Provide individual and group support to ensure the holistic development of students.
Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
Assist with classroom management, daily routines, and maintaining discipline in line with school policies.
Engage in co-curricular and extracurricular activities to enrich the overall student experience.
Regularly communicate with parents and guardians regarding student progress and classroom updates.
Collaborate with fellow educators and participate actively in professional development programs.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Graduate/Postgraduate degree in any discipline with a B.Ed. or Diploma in Elementary Education preferred.
Prior teaching or co-teaching experience in primary classes is desirable.
Strong communication skills in English are essential.
Passion for working with young learners and the ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet student needs.
Candidates with experience in modern teaching methodologies and classroom technology will be given preference.
Experience:
Minimum 1–3 years of teaching or co-teaching experience in reputed schools is preferred.
Freshers with strong academic backgrounds and excellent teaching aptitude may also be considered.
