Job Description:

Kapilas Higher Secondary School, located in Gondia, Dhenkanal, Odisha, invites applications for the post of Guest Faculty in Economics on a contractual basis. The appointment is being made to support the academic needs of the institution during the current academic session.

Qualifications:

  • Educational Requirement:
  • Postgraduate degree in Economics with a minimum of 55% marks from a recognized university.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with teaching experience in senior secondary or higher education level.
  • Other Requirements:
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of current curriculum and pedagogical practices.
  • Ability to teach in both English and regional language is an advantage.

Experience:

  • Prior teaching experience is desirable but not mandatory.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver Economics lectures to higher secondary students.
  • Prepare teaching plans, assessments, and remedial content as required.
  • Contribute to the academic development of students through regular interaction and support.
  • Assist in conducting internal assessments and examination duties.
